Under the name "Zukunftsfest", the award for "future-proof companies" took place in Hanover on 22 November 2021. The certificates were awarded by the Lower Saxony Ministry for Economics, Labour Economy, Labour, Transport and Digitalisation in cooperation with the Demography Agency.

HANNO is the award winner in the category: "Shaping digitalisation through social partnership". In this category, the focus was on processes and objectives that are characterised by social partnership. HANNO's mission statement clearly spoke for itself here.Carmen Scholz (Head of Human Resources) and Simona Mieles (Chairwoman of the Works Council) received the certificate virtually and presented HANNO's 11 guiding principles.
